Note that Cinesprite as of today 23rd October 2007 seems to be out of business. I am a member and have tried to schedule pickups many times. They are neither responding to my mails, nor their phones are working. Both of the phone numbers are de-listed and unavailable.

I guess the company has run away or the management is into serious problems.

All newbie entratnts still lack in the grasp of the industry. India needs original content first – be it online or offline. The first ‘All Access’ model was invented by Clixflix. The idea seems to be gaining ground. Cinesprite has copied http://www.clixflix.com. If copying is a form of flattery, then great going Clixflix!!! Keep it up!!!

i have been using seventymm’s services for more than 5 months now. And barring just one incident, i have not had any problems.I love watching movies and hate it and am kinda against this whole piracy thing… so the concept of seventymm works really well with me.
I think once they strengthen their collection further, they will be better than any other service.

I think Cinesprite needs a better movie collection and a better search feature. I searched for a variety of movies. Here is a my searches on Seventymm and Cinesprite
CINESPRITE
X-Men : Just 1 flick (An X-Men 1.5 !?)
Life is beautiful: Coming Soon (Not sure if it means that the movie is available or just that the image is coming soon)
Eyes Wide Shut: No Results
Apocalypse Now: No Results
Jumanji: Available
Don: Don is 14th out of 17th results and doesnt feature on the first page, which starts with a listing of movies where the letter ‘don’ forms a part of a word.
Umrao Jaan: No Results.
SEVENTYMM – Delhi
X-Men: 1 and 2 (and 1.5) including 1 and 2 in Hindi
Life is Beautiful: Available
Eyes Wide Shut: Not Available
Apocalypse Now: Available
Don: Available, First Result
Umrao Jaan: Available
(also I must add the search in seventymm is a lot better, besides the ajax popup when you hover on a search result, it is clickable, shows available formats (VCD/DVD) and leads to more reviews)

Hey dude we get vcd for rs 10 and dvd for rs 15 here in mysore karnataka. And ne game DVD for rs 15. Now that’s cheap. And all are original.

i agree with you Nidhi… dont know much about cinesprite but seventymm is a great service… i get to see loads of movies and they are pretty prompt at delivering the movies ….

this day i thought of visiting most of the flicks on clicks. end of the day i find that the kinda collection http://www.cinesprite.com manages and the kind of services provided by them is very lucrative. two plans at 399 for 1 dvd at a time and 499 for 2 dvds at a time which is highly competitive for sure isn’t it cheap for unlimited movies per month. free pickup and delivery, dedicated customer care and prompt response to customer queries are some of more values they have in their services. Odering movies is again done either by visiting the website or calling the customer care. and what… they immediately buy movies on customer requests. now tell me whats the best
