So – another social network like Orkut or MySpace does not help anybody but something like LinkedIn, FaceBook – provides a lot of value.

The beauty of GoingOn and PeopleAggregator is that – they are targeting less on being a social network themselves but are focusing a lot on enabling people to build social networks. So – it’s totally up to the creators to think of different ways to provide value. The beauty is in these systems to be platforms, rather than just a network.
