One of the many things that Microsoft and Infosys taught us was the way they reviewed their employees in the annual / semi-annual review periods. This got us inspired to create our review process on similar lines. And, this inspiration is not exactly to the extent of copying it blindly – but is very similar to the one followed by these companies, with a few small tweaks.

Today is the last day of submission of the first set of review reports at Tekriti and I am so eager to have a look at what everybody comes up with in those reports. What excites me more is the fact that this is another step for us to embrace, in a positive way, the corporate culture – something that very few companies, with similar resources, are doing.
