Blogs 101

August 20, 2005

I have been under the impression that reading blogs is something that people naturally get. But, boy, was I wrong? Yes, and this is something that I found out during my recent US trip when I got to meet a lot of people who were amazed when they found out that I follow not less than 60 blogs everyday. And, mind it, these people were from all spheres – including those who do understand technology. I did tell a few people the use of RSS aggregators which is just an easy way to do so and then I came across this post, which is exactly what I wanted to describe.

If you are a regular reader of blogs, you don’t need to click there – but I will be glad if I make life easier for those who are not as regular. So, you will get all your ‘Whys’ and ‘Hows’ answered in the above mentioned post.

60 doesn’t sound abnormal. i read about 30-50 blogs depending on my time and schedule plus about 10 regular news sites.
