Microsoft to make available Atlas bits at PDC in mid-September
July 5, 2005
Microsoft doesn’t want to be left behind when it comes to Ajax programming model. The result Microsoft ‘Atlas’, an Ajax-based programming framework, is born (this is not that recent a news, actually). Atlas is a web client framework that is designed to support multiple DHTML controls with JavaScript code and will be integrated with Visual Studio 2005, due to ship this fall.
Microsoft plans to make the first Atlas bits available to the developers in the PDC. Now, that is something worth looking for. More news here.
