Mangoes – something to look forward to during the summer

Something that I missed while at the US was eating mangoes during the summer. But, now, if there is something common in my food everyday – it is the mangoes.
Those who know me since my childhood days – have always known me to be a big mango eater. As a kid, one of the thing I used to look forward to during my summer vacations was the packet of mangoes that my uncle used to send us every year from our ancestral mango garden.
So much for mangoes – I just can’t resist eating at least a couple of those everyday.
