Black – the movie

In case you are expecting a review of the movie, please stop reading. This may be what you are looking for! Instead, what I am putting up here is my fondness for Bollywood movies.

I came to Chennai (Blog on Chennai trip – after I return back) yesterday night for business and thought to utilize the Saturday evening to watch this movie – Black. Much has been said about this movie – but my work had kept me so busy that I haven’t gotten a chance to watch any movie in the last 1 month.

One of the items on my agenda during the Chennai visit was to watch this movie. So, I came to this multiplex – Sathyam – the movie was all sold out. But, as I have done before at various other places, took an auto (well, spent some time bargaining too!)- went to another theatre – Egha (or something like that). Didn’t work out, again! But when people say that I am a fighter and eternal optimist, there has to be reason for that So, the next thing I did was to call up one of my acquaintance in Chennai to find out any other theatre playing the movie. Then I decided (or made to decide because of unavailability of tickets) to wait for some more time to watch this movie.

Didn’t work again but, yeah, I am not going to the guest house like that – ‘Shabd’ is the one I am watching. I guess I need a little luck here – the reviews were not that great! About the experiences during the movie – ah, let’s forget that!
